“There is a crack, a crack
in everything
That’s how the light gets in”
— Leonard Cohen
My rates
Therapy is offered both in person at my Montavilla, Portland office and virtually across Oregon. Reach out about availability for whichever you’re considering.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on need, offered on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a barrier, please ask — I’d rather have the conversation than have you assume it’s a closed door.
Initial Consultation
Individual Therapy
One-on-one therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship patterns, and the quieter weight of holding it all together. My approach is IFS-informed and integrative — we’ll work with the parts of you that have been carrying old pain, not push past them. Sessions are typically weekly or every other week, online or in person.

Couples and Family Therapy
Therapy for couples and families who want to understand each other better and break the patterns that keep them stuck. We’ll work on communication, repair, and the underlying dynamics that drive recurring conflict — so connection feels more available and less effortful.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the therapeutic effects of ketamine with depth-oriented psychotherapy. Research supports its use for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma — and many clients also find it opens space for spiritual growth, identity work, and reconnecting to themselves in ways traditional talk therapy doesn’t always reach.
Medicine sessions are three hours, in person, with enough time for the experience to unfold and begin to integrate. Preparation and integration sessions are part of the protocol. Click below to schedule a free consultation and explore whether KAP might be right for you.
I don’t accept insurance directly. This is an intentional choice: insurance companies often dictate the length, frequency, and approach of treatment, and they require a diagnosis on file along with the right to access your confidential records. For many of my clients, that level of involvement isn’t a good fit.
I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend checking with your provider in advance to confirm what’s covered.
